Tartlets

Tarts have always been a passion of mine: the indulgent layer of crunchy shortcrust filled with the most delicious flavours, from custard and chocolate to caramel and jam, or covered in delicious fresh fruit and soft meringue. A pleasure for the eye and for the mouth, perfect to finish your dinner in style or to serve for an afternoon tea. All my tartlets come in the perfect size for one person and are in boxes of two or four, so you can share them with your loved ones.
